The Lady Indian’s performance at that 26th annual Wayne Walker Invitational did not disappoint. Freshman runner, Elizabeth Arcos, competed in the first race finishing with a personal record of 21:49 and received a medal. Ali Williams gave it her all finishing with a time of 22:25, also attaining a medal in her grade level. Hannah Torres, Katie Sprague, and Olivia Roberts followed, representing Fullerton on the sophomore level. The athletes worked as a group in a competitive race and finished strong. Hannah led the way with a time of 23:03, followed closely by Katie at 23:40, and Olivia Roberts at 23:40.
Running on the excitement and victories of the past few races, these runners are looking forward to building on their hard work as they move further into the season.
